The motsunabe, made with tender whole wagyu beef intestines, is a superb dish that spreads a rich flavor.Hakata's specialty, sesame mackerel, is made with fresh mackerel coated in a special sesame sauce, and goes perfectly with sake.We have prepared a new type of sesame mackerel that combines classic Japanese sesame mackerel with tahini sauce for a Western twist.Hakata's classic vegetable rolls are given a Sara twist.It's a dish that even locals can't miss.
